Today was my first visit, and by far the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had!! From the moment I walked in, everything just felt different in the best way. Everyone was SO nice and welcoming. I seriously felt like a VIP! You can tell they genuinely care about making you feel comfortable and taken care of. Dr. Matt was so friendly, easy to talk to, and really informative. He took the time to explain everything to me, and I found out things about my teeth that I’ve literally never been told before. I left feeling like I actually understood what was going on instead of just being told what I needed done. The office was super clean, modern, and had top of the line equipment. They really thought of everything when it comes to making you comfortable. They even have TVs on the ceiling you can watch during treatment! I never thought I’d say this, but I’m actually excited to come back and know I finally have one place I can trust for all of my dental needs. After years of trying to find the right fit, I finally found my dental home. Dr. Matt and his team are stuck with me now! highly, highly recommend!

This is hands-down the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I was a new patient and from the moment I walked into the door they made me feel so welcome. They have state of the art technology that I have never seen in a dental practice. Dr. Matt is amazing! Him and his staff are very thorough. I really appreciate a Dr. Who Is up-to-date on technology and passes that on to his patients. The bonus… They have TVs on the Ceiling so you can watch it while they work on you. 😄

What an experience! From the moment I walked in, everything exceeded my expectations. Savannah was amazing—she took her time, explained everything clearly, and made the entire process feel easy and comfortable. The office itself is beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and professional. Dr. Matt came in with a warm, genuine introduction that immediately put me at ease. Like many people, I was a little nervous going in, but within just a few minutes, I felt completely comfortable. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had at any dental office. We’ve officially found our forever family dentist. Highly recommend—10/10 experience!

I recently had an excellent experience at Kannapolis Family Dentistry. Dr. Matt did an amazing job, and I couldn't be happier with the results. He is not only highly skilled but also incredibly friendly, taking the time to have a genuine conversation with me, which made the visit much more comfortable. The hygienist who performed my deep cleaning was fantastic as well—very thorough and attentive. I also want to give a shoutout to the dental assistant who helped Dr. Matt; they were both a great team and made the process smooth and efficient. The entire staff was really nice and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality dental care!

Bethany is the greatest and Dr. Matt was so kind and the extraction was seamless/painless. Would recommend them 10 out of 10. Everyone is so nice at this office from answering questions to billing info. Come in 😞and smile 😁out.
